FAQ

What is the goal of the game?

Tap the correct colors in the correct order before the timer runs out. Levels get progressively harder.

Does the game require an account?

No account is required to play. Some optional services (e.g., leaderboards) may use platform features.

Is any personal data collected?

We do not collect personally identifiable information within the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Why can’t I install or open the app?

Ensure you’re on iOS 13 or later.
Check that you have a stable internet connection.
Restart your iPhone: Settings → General → Shut Down, then power on.
Reinstall the app from the App Store or TestFlight.

Troubleshooting

Crashes or freezes: Close other apps, reboot your device, then try again.
No sound: Check the mute switch/volume and Settings → Sounds & Haptics.
Progress not saving: Ensure you have storage available and do not force-quit while a level summary is saving.

Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of support communications or optional service data, email support@heotech.com.au with subject Data Deletion Request – Color Quest. We’ll confirm within 30 days.
